01 How do I know which kit fits my laptop?
Find your laptop model number (usually a sticker on the bottom or in Windows Settings → About). Then use our search or browse-by-brand to find your exact match. Each product page also shows photos of the retainer clip so you can compare against yours.
02 What's included in the kit?
Every kit ships with all three pieces: the keycap (the visible button), the retainer clip (the scissor mechanism), and the rubber cup (the dome underneath). Plus access to a free install video.
03 How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Domestic US arrives in 2-5 days, international 7-14 days. Tracking provided for every order.
04 What if I get the wrong part?
Send us a photo and we'll ship the correct one — no charge for the exchange. We have a 30-day return policy and lifetime warranty on every part.
05 Are these genuine OEM parts?
Yes. We source from the same suppliers as the original manufacturers. Same quality as what came out of your laptop at the factory.
06 Can I install this myself?
Absolutely. Most installs take under 30 seconds and require no tools. Every kit includes a free install video matched to your laptop model.
