By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use the site.
Orders & payment
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order (you'll be refunded immediately). Payment is processed at checkout via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
Shipping
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Delivery times depend on destination. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
Returns & warranty
See our returns page for the full policy. Summary: 30-day returns, lifetime warranty on every part, free exchange if we shipped the wrong kit.
Product accuracy
We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions. Actual products may vary slightly. If anything looks off when you receive your order, send us a photo and we'll sort it out.

LaptopKeys.com is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these brands. Parts sold here are OEM-grade replacement components for use with the named brand's products.
Limitation of liability
We're a small family business and we'll always try to make things right. That said, our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We're not responsible for damage to your laptop caused by improper installation — please watch the included install videos.
